Procurement of IT: Precautions for Public Administrators
This paper was written during Spring 2015 in the Information Management - PADM 7110 course. The assisgnement was to identify and explain the cautions for Public Administrators as they prepare for systems change that involves procurement of IT. This was an individual assisgnment that required students to read the course materials provided and effectively summarize the pitfalls and essential precautions of IT contracting and procurement.
