My Portfolio
Valdosta State University, College of Arts and Sciences Department of Political Science requires a portfolio be completed during the final semester of coursework as part of the PADM 7900 and PADM 7210 courses. One of the major purposes of a professional portfolio is to showcase in a single document the skills, competencies, and knowledge an individual has developed over time. Specific requirements were given as guidleines for the prodcution of this assignment.
My portfolio is a summary of my professional, academic, and volunteer experiences during my pursuit of the MPA at VSU. Careful consideration was given to the information included in this project to show my professional and academic development throughout the pursuit of my degree. In order to represent my development throughout the program, I included artifacts from each of the courses in the order in which they were produced. I chose professional artifacts that represent my dedication to achievementand professional growth. I also included artifacts that represent my interests and my desire to improve my written communication skills.
